REL operator in the syndication map is changed to ABS after schema transport.

The Syndicator map saves the REL operator as ABS
Solution
Set your REL operator in the filter of the syndication map and while saving the map it would change to ABS.
After schema migration the REL will appear as ABS in the destination repository.
For example:
“REL>= Today -7 Days” is translated to “ABS >= 0000-00-07″.
This translation is done while the map is saved.
If you open the map in the destination repository and see a REL operator in the filter it means that the map is corrupted. This corruption is a legacy from an old version and the filter has to be re-set manually and the map has to be saved again.
