Solution
1. In any .sca file that you have (in the MDM_JAVA_API, BP_MDM_TECHNOLOGY, BP_MDM_APPLICATION .sca files) locate the SAP_MANIFEST.MF file. In this file locate the detailed information after “keycounter” key.
2. Check the detail version information of the MDM SCA portal software components visible at e.g. http://yourportal.com/index.html -> System Information -> all components -> then the info next to MDM_JAVA_API, BP_MDM_TECHNOLOGY, BP_MDM_APPLICATION.
The detailed information should be in the following format:
1000.7.1.aa.bb.yyyymmddHHMMSS

aa – Service Pack level.
bb – build number.
yyyy – Year of creation (of the [...]
